Technical Activities
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Ruby/Rails programming
- Database management
- Automated testing
- Software documentation
- Web design
Customer Support
- Use understanding of technology to research and answer support tickets and feedback
- Assist clients with software features and functionality
Assistance with IT Resources Decisions
- Help assess the company’s IT resource needs (people and technology)
- Collect and analyze data on technological performance
- Develop policies and procedures governing technology issues
- Research new technologies
