Universal College Application Adds Yet Another New Member: Newberry College

November 22, 2013

Newberry College has become the first college in South Carolina to become a member of the up and coming Universal College Application. Newberry is the tenth college to add the flexible and user-friendly application system as an option for its prospective students in the past month.

Delsie Z. Phillips, Dean of Enrollment Management at Newberry College said "The Newberry admission team is excited to be a part of the Universal College Application. Joining is easy and quick for colleges, and the benefit for students is a clear and accessible application form. We want our students to have options that work seamlessly for them as they apply to college."

Christopher Warner of ApplicationsOnline said “We are happy to have Newberry College as the newest member of the UCA. Delsie and her team have been great to work with and I look forward to working with them throughout the application year. We pride ourselves on being able to setup new colleges in the system quickly, especially this year when so many of our friends in the industry are having issues with other application providers.”

The Universal College Application (UCA) is an online admissions application system for prospective first year and transfer college students, which first launched in 2007, with a focus on providing excellent technology and customer service. ApplicationsOnline, the team behind the UCA, was the original technology provider for the Common Application Online™, and has processed millions of applications for hundreds of educational institutions since the mid-1990s.
